Do I need prior experience?
Experience in sales, marketing and management will all help when starting a business of any kind.  The training program along with our detailed operations manuals and support systems are designed to give you a step by step plan and supply of knowledge for all aspect of the business.  Enough life experiences that have taught you to listen, work hard, be smart about your decisions and be a team player describes best the people we seek to join us in business.

How much is the initial investment?

The estimated initial investment required ranges from $65,000 to $145,000.  As with any new business it’s important that you have the necessary capital to adequately fund your new business.

How much money can I make?

Your profitability will depend on a wide variety of factors, including the market, the competition, and most important, your ability to operate your business efficiently and properly.  IntelliTurf is committed to providing the tools, training, and support you'll need to help you run an effective business.

What will I receive as part of the IntelliTurf franchise system?

You’ll receive initial installation training, advice and recommendations for site selection of a demonstration facility, on-site startup assistance, a copy of our detailed Operations Manual, and permission to use the IntelliTurf trademarks.

What training will I receive?

IntelliTurf will provide you and your key management staff extensive training in construction methods, marketing, and operations.  IntelliTurf does not charge for this training service, but you must pay any travel and living expenses while in training.  Our staff will also provide training at your location to assist you with your beginning operations.

What about ongoing support?

We will continue to provide help with all aspects of growing your business.  We regularly update our Operations Manual with new procedures and other information.  We’ll also visit with you periodically to consult in the ongoing development of your IntelliTurf business, and conduct ongoing training programs for you and your staff.

Is financing available?

No, we do not offer direct financing to franchisees, but we may be able to refer to you third party lending sources, on a case-by-case basis.
