Do I need prior experience in the synthetic turf industry?
Franchise systems differ from dealerships and distributorships in the level of service, support, tools and time spent putting people into business.  Any business experience and prior construction and golf experience is a plus, but we also look for franchisees that have strong skills in working with people, managing a business and employees, and providing good customer service.  We suggest you start the process of understanding what we have to offer and through our discussions and meetings everyone involved will help determine if you are a good fit for IntelliTurf and if IntelliTurf is a good fit for you.  Established companies with experience in the building or landscaping industry that want to add new revenue streams to their existing organizations are also encouraged to contact IntelliTurf to learn more about our system.

How much is the initial investment?

The estimated initial investment required ranges from $65,000 to $145,000.  The IntelliTurf franchise system was designed by franchise experts at the top of thier profession.  A thurough investigation into the artificial turf industry will reveal similar investment ranges to our offering.  We feel we get you closer to your goal of owning a succesful business much more efficiently than other offerings.  As with any new business it’s important that you have the necessary capital to adequately fund your new business.

What will I receive as part of the IntelliTurf franchise system?

A business system.  Not just some installation knowledge and a couple of marketing pieces. We help you custom design your business to maximize your skills and talkents and areas of interest.  Organizing your company and learning the skills and techniques to infiltrate your territory occur in our classroom instruction at our headquarters.  Construction and installation training occur in your territory through the building of your demonstration facility.   Marekting and sales support begin with our business development staff in your territory assisting you with initial media and market contacts.  All of this information is captured in our industry leading detailed Operations Manual.  Permission to use the IntelliTurf trademarks allows for national brand identity with an established and successful company.

What training will I receive?

IntelliTurf will provide you and your key management staff extensive training in construction methods, marketing, and operations.  Sales marketing, business process and back-office systems training occurs at our corporate location in Atlanta, Georgia.  Further sales and marketing assistance along with the construction training occurs in your territory so that you can take complete advantage of what our franchise system has to offer.  Our staff will also provide training at your location to assist you with your beginning operations and grand opening.

What about ongoing support?

We will continue to provide help with all aspects of growing your business.  We regularly update our Operations Manual with new procedures and other information.  We’ll also visit with you periodically to consult in the ongoing development of your IntelliTurf business, and conduct ongoing training programs for you and your staff.

Is financing available?

No, we do not offer direct financing to franchisees, but we may be able to refer to you third party lending sources, on a case-by-case basis.
